Our experiences are intended for passionate, ambitious professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to focus on results, put their vision into practice and understand the value of a professional support network when setting up a new company.

It is not necessary to have a concrete business idea in mind to participate in the program. We believe in people, not ideas.

During an intake interview we will listen to you to ensure that our program is the best environment for you to grow as an entrepreneur.

We interview everyone who wants to participate to ensure that our expectations are in line with your personal and business goals. Our retreats are deliberately in small groups, with 10-15 participants each. This allows us to guarantee that every participant is ready to learn, grow and launch their business in a fun way.

First of all there’s a screening call: selected candidates are invited for a call to get to know each other better. During this phase we learn more about your ambitions, motives & values ​​and we answer questions you may have.

Next, there’s an intake meeting: your dream begins and we welcome you to the Rubicon Family.

A community stands or falls by its members. It is the participants who provide the unique experience. By carefully curating and selecting our aspiring entrepreneurs, we ensure that you have the best ratio between the most fantastic entrepreneurial conversations you have ever had compared to less successful conversations.

Everyone you meet is a doer, has a passion for entrepreneurship, knows his or her profession, and above all …. is a sympathetic and social person.

Tickets are not refundable unless your passport is refused as we use the ticket-sale to book the location and prepare for the event.

You can transfer your ticket to another person or get credit for one of our future retreats. If you want to transfer your ticket to someone else, we will first contact this person to make sure that he or she is a good fit for the program.
